Description
Test methods with empty bodies are not counted at all in JUnit statistics, but it's very common for @Ignored tests to be empty. Getting them counted requires adding something like expect: {} in each method, which is easy to overlook. It would be useful for methods to get counted as skipped even if they wouldn't be counted as test methods otherwise.
