Description
I am in the process of rolling out a contentctl app in Splunk cloud and am running into problems where I am not sure if there is no known documentation or if the feature set is not there: Is there currently any support for Mission Control inside of contentctl as an app action?
On top of that I also have a few questions about how correlation searches are handled once the application is updated via manual install.
- If I deploy a newer version of the custom application, will the currently enabled correlation searches be disabled because of how the deployment configs are set up?
- Is there a way I can create multiple deployment config files to handle different types of correlation searches?
- Will I need to manually reconfigure mission control settings once the application is updated?
