Description

There are plenty of links across the recent version of Spin Docs, that point to sub-pages of the "Language Support Matrix".

However, the language support matrix itself lives under https://techdocs.akamai.com/akamai-functions/docs/webassembly-language-support-matrix now.

That page talks only about upstream and Spin. So I would recommend moving that page to https://spinframework.dev instead

Research direction

Search the Spin Docs for links to the current Akamai WebAssembly Language Support Matrix at the URL in the issue. Move or recreate that matrix under spinframework.dev, update the affected links, and verify that the Spin Docs point to the new page and no longer depend on the Akamai page.
