Description

The HTTP trigger documentation currently provides an example of the spin-client-addr header using an IPv4 address.

To improve clarity and usability, it would be helpful to include an example using an IPv6 address as well. This would make it easier for developers working in dual-stack or IPv6-only environments to understand the expected format.

Research direction

Open the HTTP trigger documentation at the linked section for the existing spin-client-addr IPv4 example. Add a corresponding IPv6 example beside it, then verify the documentation renders correctly and clearly shows the expected header format.
