Description
Renovate has better support for UV and uv lockfiles.
Renovate delegates to UV under the hood, whereas Dependabot attempts to emulate UV's behaviour. There are some known issues with the Dependabot implementation which have been open and unaddressed for some time.
Renovate is more flexible and powerful than Dependabot generally
