Description
To package your software in linux it helps to provide a Man page, as it is the common way in Linux to get help. See here
The debian project already provides a man file for their package, perhaps it could be used and managed upstream?
It is in the electrum_version.debian.tar.gz file found here, and one is allowed to reuse it as stated in the package.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the Debian man file in electrum_version.debian.tar.gz and the linked packaging guidelines. Determine how that file could be managed upstream; the work is done when the project provides an upstream man page suitable for Linux packaging.
