Start at electrum/address_synchronizer.py, especially get_balance around line 855, and follow the callers in electrum/wallet.py and electrum/gui/qt/history_list.py shown in the traceback. Reproduce the imported-wallet history refresh path and identify why a None value reaches the failing sequence operation; done means history refresh no longer raises this TypeError.
