Lightning Channels Status Never Closing

Description
I have two channels that are no longer active but still I see the "status" as Reestablishing. I can't remember now what did I do in the past but I think I closed from the other end and not from electrum and they are still showing as Reestablishing but is quite annoying as those channels are no longer active but still is trying to reestablish.
In addition although the electrum screen says "Can send 0 and Can receive 0", it's at the bottom left of the screen showing the lightning balance as a sum of those channels that are being reestablished although I know they'll never be reestablished
