Selected Submarine swap on Channel page then crashed.

trying to mov elightning coins back to on chain but keep getitng this error

Research direction

Start at electrum/submarine_swaps.py:get_pairs and electrum/network.py:_send_http_on_proxy, then trace the Kivy swap dialog in electrum/gui/kivy/uix/dialogs/lightning_channels.py. Reproduce the timeout by selecting a submarine swap from the channel page and determine the expected behavior when the request times out. Done means the swap flow no longer crashes with an unhandled TimeoutError.
