I requested new BTC addy and it gave it to me, then i requested another and it gave me error that there is not enough space or something like that

Start with electrum/gui/qt/transaction_dialog.py and the save path through wallet.py, wallet_db.py, storage.py, and crypto.py. Trace the encryption call where the MemoryError occurs and compare the reported send and address-generation paths. Done means sending or saving affected wallets no longer crashes with MemoryError.
