Description
Hi! Thank you for your work on Electrum, it's a pleasure to use.
REPRO:
I am running Electrum 4.0.5 as the AppImage on Ubuntu 20.04
I configured Electrum to make use of the Tor Socks proxy on my local machine
I set up a new wallet and opened a channel with a LND node over Tor (e.g. nodeid@onion.url)
The channel was established, I was able to send and receive
I closed Electrum, restarted my computer and later opened Electrum again
EXPECTED:
As Electrum syncs with the Lightning network I expect it to remember the onion url of its peers, reconnect and make the channel available
ACTUAL:
Electrum syncs with the Lightning network
The channel status is shown as 'disconnected.' I am unable to receive or make payments
I am unable to manually reconnect (cannot find such an option)
Thank you for your help!

Research direction
No source files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by reproducing the restart scenario with Electrum 4.0.5, Ubuntu 20.04, a local Tor SOCKS proxy, and a Lightning channel to an onion address. Done means the channel reconnects after restart and can send and receive payments.
