Start by reading electrum/storage.py at Storage.init, then trace the wallet-loading path through gui/kivy/main_window.py and gui/kivy/uix/dialogs/password_dialog.py. Investigate why the reported wallet path is missing and use the crash report data to reproduce or define the failure case. Done means wallet loading no longer raises this StorageReadWriteError.
