Description
It would be great to have the option to select themes in Android too as it is currently available for desktop.
Having the option to switch between the current dark Android theme and a (future) light theme would let some people work on a more user-friendly Android theme meant for newbies. Making it optional would let them work on creating this completely different specific UI while still being able to keep the default dark UI as default.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Compare how theme selection works on desktop with the Android UI and theme handling, then define the smallest Android change that permits choosing a light or dark theme while keeping dark as the default; done means both options work and the existing default is preserved.
