im getting the error which says "connecting to trustedcoin" something like that

It is show me Not enough funds.but in my wallet have BTC.

When i click "preview" or "send" it will say that I have no enough funds which is not true or right because that moment I have 15+USD then as exchange rate goes down to 14.90 and requested (send amount) was just 13USD...please help.....This is a portable version but I thought it was because of double installation wherein i install the windows setup and portable in not same drive partition so I uninstalled the windows setup and left the portable version but then still the same......"not enough funds"... I was sending payment to XM global Limited via Bitpay.
