Description
ARIA in HTML link checker shows a lot of redirects from W3C group pages without trailing slashes to those with trailing slashes. These pages include the group's homepage, the IPR page, and the mailing list archives.
Just logging this in here for us to decide if we should update how respec processes these links to that it by default adds the missing trailing slashes.

Research direction
Start by reproducing the redirects using the linked ARIA in HTML link checker and review how Respec currently processes W3C group-page links. Done requires a decision on default trailing-slash handling and agreement on coverage for group homepages, IPR pages, and mailing-list archives.
