Description
Emit compaction_update and compaction_summary_chunk (unstable_session_compaction) during and after compaction. Today summaries replay as agent_message_chunk. Gate on the v1 client session.compaction capability.

Locate the compaction handling and v1 client capability negotiation, then trace where summaries are currently replayed as agent_message_chunk. Compare the existing session event flow with the requested compaction_update and compaction_summary_chunk events, and verify that the new behavior is gated by session.compaction.
