Description
Only compact is advertised, it has no input hint, and it is dispatched by matching the literal prompt prefix /compact in src/compaction.rs. Add proper command dispatch and advertise skills as commands with input hints.
Part of #146.

Research direction
Start in src/compaction.rs and trace the current literal /compact prompt-prefix match. Then locate how commands and skills are advertised, and follow the existing command entry points. Done means slash commands use a shared dispatch path, compact and skills are advertised with input hints, and the existing behavior remains covered by the project’s validation or tests.
