Description
src/tools/mcp.rs and the v2 handler reject anything but stdio (session MCP servers support only stdio transport). Add http with headers (v1 also sse) and advertise session.mcp.http in v2.
Part of #146.

Research direction
Start in src/tools/mcp.rs and the v2 handler, locating the stdio-only validation and current MCP capability advertisement. Trace how ACP client server definitions are parsed, then support HTTP with headers, v1 SSE, and the session.mcp.http v2 advertisement. Done means HTTP MCP servers are accepted instead of producing the stdio-only error.
