Description

v1 maps an error finish to a JSON-RPC internal error rather than a PromptResponse.stopReason. max_turn_requests is never returned in either version. Align both versions with the schema's stop reason set.

Part of #146.

Research direction

Trace the v1 and v2 handling for error finishes and compare it with the schema's PromptResponse.stopReason values. Ensure both versions return the appropriate stop reason, including max_turn_requests, instead of a JSON-RPC internal error; done when the behavior matches the schema in both versions.
