Description
This doesn't work:
$ spdx Convert refinery-uc-spdx-2.3.tag refinery-uc-spdx-3.0.1.ttl
Error converting: To file refinery-uc-spdx-3.0.1.ttl does not end with a valid SPDX file extension.
I have to specify the format RDFTTL:
spdx Convert refinery-uc-spdx-2.3.tag refinery-uc-spdx-3.0.1.ttl TAG RDFTTL
However, .ttl is the standard extension for Turtle files, please recognize it.
Similarly, please recognize .rdf (I haven't checked)

Research direction
Start at the CLI conversion logic that reports that the output path lacks a valid SPDX extension, then trace how output extensions map to formats. Verify that .ttl and .rdf are recognized without an explicit format argument; done when the reported conversion command succeeds without TAG RDFTTL.
