Description
When creating a new ModelObject, the URI should be validated.
An example value that should fail:
https://spdx.org/ids/LicenseRef-scancode-public-domain AND LicenseRef-unknown-License-OSI-Approved-BSD-License AND LicenseRef-unknown-License-OSI-Approved-GNU-General-Public-License-GPL
