Description
Background
Due to my limitations maganing git, at some point I introduced back again the license entry to each license file, which at the Cryptography Group we agreed is was overkill, given the assigned license.
Rationale
We need to revert this mistake.
Description
The .yaml files should not have any license entry because the license is CC0 for the entire repo. It is overkill
Actions
- Identify the affected algorithms
- Create a single PR removing the license entry from all the affected algorithms
DoD
- Link to the PR
- Link to one of the affected algorithms without the license entry:

Research direction
Start by listing the algorithm .yaml files in the repository and inspect them for license entries. Identify every affected algorithm, remove those entries, and verify that all affected files now rely on the repository-wide CC0 license; completion includes a PR link and a link to one corrected algorithm file.
