"Collapse next level" does not work on Conditional Blocks

Description
According to my and Ioannis' observation the "Collapse next level" button no longer works as before.
Before it has also worked on conditional blocks, but now only works on Maps, which makes navigating in SDFGs with multiple nested SDFGs very difficult.
