Description
We should create scripts to generate the output of all commands for the config tutorial section.
Also, because we now disable reuse in this section, the exact binary needed for cmake does not exist in the cache. We should fix this during cache creation and remove the --reuse flags I had to add.

Research direction
Start with the config tutorial section and inspect how command output is currently stored or produced. Identify the cache-creation workflow for the exact CMake binary, then determine where the added --reuse flags appear. Done means scripts generate output for all config tutorial commands, the required binary is available in the cache, and those flags are removed.
