Description
Returns: Returns active threads similarly to GET/channels/{channel.id}/threads/active, but for the entire guild.
Permissions: Guild membership. No other permission necessary. The results should only contain threads that the user has already joined.
Why this feature is needed
discord.com will have this endpoint in API 10. Can safely be implemented in API 9 too, as there is no conflicting operation.
