Crew Monitoring search function doesn't respond in real time

Description
Typing out the names of specific crew names/jobs only pulls up results each time the map markers refresh their positions, once every ~3 seconds. Not intuitive and at first I thought my PC was just being slow. Should be way more responsive otherwise there's not much point in filtering if you could search the list by eye quicker.
