Description
https://solidproject.org/users/get-a-pod has a link to https://solidproject.org/self-hosting which is handled by the 'overview' post. But that post combines an overview paragraph with the CSS-specific instructions in one page, which is confusing. Also, its URL is https://solidproject.org/self-hosting/css instead of https://solidproject.org/self-hosting/overview. So it's cleaner to split this out into two pages.

Research direction
Start with the pages linked in the issue: /users/get-a-pod and /self-hosting, then inspect the repository files that generate the overview and CSS-specific content. Separate the overview and CSS instructions into their intended pages, update the affected links and URL, and verify that both pages render with the correct content.
