Add page to catalog solid-relevant security advisories

This is a proposal to add a security advisories page on solidproject.org, where we can link to any relevant security advisories in the solid ecosystem.

For example, if there was an advisory published for a popular client library, or a given server implementation, both advisories would be listed and linked from this advisory page. This page would not be the primary location to publish these advisories, but instead a place to aggregate and find those that are relevant across the solid ecosystem. Consequently, identifying automated mechanisms to pickup and present this information without manual additional would be nice.

Start by reviewing the existing solidproject.org page structure and the proposal for a security advisories page. Identify which Solid ecosystem advisories should be included and how they would be maintained or discovered. Done means the page presents relevant advisory links with an agreed, sustainable update process.
