Should we list tools and libraries on solidproject.org?

A related issue to https://github.com/solid/solidproject.org/issues/161 is the tools and libraries page. I've cleverly procrastinated moving the tools off that page :-). But now it becomes a different question of whether those tools should stay there or move to the forum. At a minimum I think tools like Penny and Data-Kitchen should be on the site and possibly others. I would definitely be in favor of keeping the libraries on the site. This might require some work in reviewing/evaluating, but I think it's really critical that we let people know what libraries are available. If we move toward a formal review process I am more than glad to help but can not commit to doing it by myself.

Recently there have been Perl and Rust libraries submitted. These are both very minimal libraries but I feel they should be included anyway to encourage development in those langauges.

Start with the existing tools and libraries page on solidproject.org and the related issue #161. Review the proposal to keep libraries on the site versus moving tools to the forum, including the Perl and Rust submissions. Done means reaching a clear decision about scope and any review process.
