Description
Hello, I am currently using ColabFold to predict protein 3D structures. Previously, all runs went smoothly without any issues. However, I encountered a specific sequence that remains stuck in a pending state for 5 hours. No matter how I adjust or resubmit it, it still stays pending. Other sequences run fine and continue processing normally.
