Description

Hello developers,

I am currently working on hundreds of binary complex predictions. Each complex contains one identical protein sequence, and the other is different between complexes. I wonder if I can accelerate the computation by adjusting parameters or sharing the MSAs. If so, how can I achieve that?

Your insights would be greatly appreciated! Thank you for your response!

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is identified. Start by locating ColabFold’s batch prediction and MSA handling for repeated protein sequences, then determine whether parameter changes or MSA sharing are supported. Done would require a clearly scoped approach for the stated large-scale workload, with its effect on computation and prediction results established.
