Description

Thank you for bringing us such a useful tool, it has helped me a lot.
Recently I tried to predict the structure of DNA and protein complexes, and the current mainstream tools can't do the job well. So I want to know Can colabfold complete this kind of prediction, if not currently, will this function be added in the future.

Thanks,Qing

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reviewing ColabFold's current support for DNA–protein complex prediction and the existing discussion around structure prediction; done would require a clear feasibility decision or a defined implementation plan.
