Description
Can I predict the 3D structure of a complex protein (e.g. 2 sequences) in RoseTTAFold? If yes how should I do it? Is it the same as Alphafold2 (sequence1:sequence2)?

Research direction
Review the ColabFold and RoseTTAFold usage guidance for predicting complexes from two sequences, and compare it with the AlphaFold2 sequence1:sequence2 convention mentioned in the issue. Done means documenting whether this workflow is supported and specifying the correct procedure or input format.
