Description
trying to download anew the uniref database to include the .dmp file needed for paired MSAs.
Using the setup_databases.sh script posted here.
getting:
gzip: stdin: not in gzip format
tar: Child returned status 1
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now
any chance the database is not properly tarred?
