Description
Hi there,
There are a few options for colabfold_batch that don't have or have barely anything in their description, and they are not necessarily self-explanatory. I mainly refer to:
--data DATA
--env
What's their purpose? How do you use them?
PS: is there a way to use your own templates as part of the input?
Thanks

Research direction
Start with the colabfold_batch help output and its existing option descriptions. Document the purpose and usage of --data and --env, and clarify whether user-provided templates can be supplied; done means these questions are answered in the CLI documentation.
