Description
In our examples, we often want to keep some value both in JS and on the GPU (example controls, mouse pointer position etc).
Adding a mirrored uniform to our library is not the best idea due to buffers possibly having multiple usages, buffers being unwrappable etc.
However we can add an util for this to the common examples folder.

Research direction
Start in the common examples folder and inspect how example controls and mouse-pointer values are currently shared between JavaScript and the GPU. Add the requested getSharedValue utility there, then verify that it supports values needed by both sides without changing the library’s buffer behavior.
