Description
Is there a way to enable a user only for specific hosts (more then one)?
I have x systems in my config but want to enable only on two the home-manager config for an user.
I tried softlinks, but this does not work.
Is there any other way, than copying the whole user each time I change something?

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how users and hosts are currently represented in the Nix configuration, then compare the existing selection behavior with the requested multi-host case. Done means one home-manager user configuration can be enabled for selected hosts without copying it for each host.
