Description

It would be extremely handy to have the ability to do delayed sending of messages, where you write out your message and then select a UI option that opens a calendar to pick what date and time you want the message to be sent.

Research direction

The issue does not name any files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the Android message-composition UI and sending flow, then determine how scheduled dates and times should be stored and processed. Done means a user can choose a date and time and the message is sent at that time.
