i want o obtain real-time trading pair data, I found the following related content

But it is not real-time - data stream
Must be obtained through apikey, no method to obtain apikey was found - Streams Trade
I don't know much about Streams Trade, and I have two questions:- Can this obtain transaction pair data in real time off-chain?
- Does Streams Trade also require a data stream API key?
What should I do?
How important it is?
The most important thing is that I can't find where to apply for the apikey
