Research direction

Start at ffsubsync/ffsubsync.py around line 49, where the issue reports that ffsubsync.log remains in use. Reproduce the --make-test-case path under Windows and inspect the log-file handling. Done means the command can move ffsubsync.log without raising PermissionError.
