Additional context
I'm using this via Bazarr's container, and the containers logs had this:
ERROR (subsyncer:81) - BAZARR unable to sync subtitles: <path/to/subtitle.srt>
4 tarballs are attached.

Research direction
Start by unpacking the four attached tarballs and reproducing the subtitle-sync failure through Bazarr's container, using the subsyncer:81 error as the first clue. Compare the resulting subtitles with the supplied media and identify a reproducible failure; done means the reported out-of-sync output is corrected and the container no longer logs the error.
