Description
Question
I installed a CLI local app and now there is versions of it in my Slack workspace that I cannot for the life of me remove.
In Slack I only see their member ids. There is one main app and two locals. They show the deactivated state but I want to completely remove them.

Research direction
No source file or test is named. Start by investigating the CLI uninstall/delete behavior and how it relates to the desktop client's workspace app list, using the reported app IDs and the Slack CLI v3.11.0 context. Done means deleted and local apps no longer appear while the live app remains visible.
