Description
Overview
Hi,
Any idea if we will ever have a method that can fetch channel info by its name? The conversations.list is painful and the rate limit is low.
My apologies if this isn't the best place for this matter, I'm not sure where to best ask for this solution/enhancement.

Research direction
Start with the @slack/web-api package and the conversations.list API named in the issue. Confirm whether Slack exposes a channel-name lookup that avoids listing and rate limits; the issue does not identify files, tests, or a concrete acceptance criterion, so completion would need those clarified.
