Description
I don't know which of these tokens is required and which isn't:
CLIENT_ID
CLIENT_SECRET=
SIGNING_SECRET=
VERIFICATION_TOKEN=
APP_LEVEL_TOKEN=
BOT_USER_OAUTH_TOKEN=
Don't you think this is a bit ridiculous?
The documentation doesn't really help either.

Research direction
Start by reviewing the documentation that describes Slack app token setup and compare it with CLIENT_ID, CLIENT_SECRET, SIGNING_SECRET, VERIFICATION_TOKEN, APP_LEVEL_TOKEN, and BOT_USER_OAUTH_TOKEN. Done means the documentation clearly states which tokens are required, when each is used, and where to obtain them.
