Research direction

Read the Swift Package Manager package traits documentation linked in the issue, then inspect how Skip is currently enabled or disabled through package dependencies. Determine the package and configuration entry points involved; done means a package trait can control Skip from Xcode’s Package Dependencies view without breaking existing iOS or Android setup.
