Description

https://github.com/orgs/skiptools/discussions/598

(I suspect it will also streamline the code quite a bit.)

Research direction

Start by reading discussion 598 and locating how the project currently invokes Gradle and depends on Homebrew. Determine whether the Gradle wrapper can be adopted without breaking the iOS or Android workflow; done means the project uses a pinned wrapper version instead of relying on brew upgrade.
