Description
In a Skip Fuse app, create a file X.swift like this:
import SwiftUI
#if SKIP
final class X: NSObject {}
#endif
The build will fail in X_Bridge.swift:
overriding declaration requires an 'override' keyword

Research direction
Reproduce the failure in a Skip Fuse app using the X.swift example, then inspect the generated X_Bridge.swift around the NSObject declaration and the reported overriding-declaration error. Compare the generated output with the transpiler's handling of other NSObject subclasses. Done means the sample app builds successfully without the override error.
