Description

https://github.com/skiptools/skip/releases

There are no release notes on any of the core skip releases. The "full changelog" is normally just a two-line change updating version numbers.

It would be great if actual release notes showed up there. (It would be even better if historical release notes were added after the fact for at least a year of updates.)

Research direction

Start with the core skip releases at the linked releases page and compare them with the existing two-line full changelog entries. Determine the set of releases to cover and document meaningful changes for current releases, with historical notes for at least a year of updates. Done means the releases page shows actual notes rather than only version-number changes.
