Description
The Skip Showcase Toolbar playground includes a bunch of playgrounds to set the .toolbarBackground for the .tabBar, e.g. .toolbarBackground(.blue, for: .navigationBar, .tabBar)
These have no effect in SkipUI 1.52. (I think the Nav 3 changes may have broken this.)

Research direction
Start with the Skip Showcase Toolbar playground and reproduce the .toolbarBackground examples for .navigationBar and .tabBar in SkipUI 1.52. Read the handling around the Nav 3 changes and verify the playground after each investigation; done means the requested custom bar colors visibly take effect.
