Description
Hello, I want to use skia-python on a Raspberry Pi 4 model b. The Problem: there is no pre-compiled version for the CPU architecture, I think. Would be cool if you could add support for Pi's architecture.

Research direction
No files or tests are named. Start by tracing how skia-python builds and publishes pre-compiled packages, then determine whether Raspberry Pi 4's 32-bit ARM architecture can be supported; done means an installable pre-compiled package is available for that architecture.
